This adapter is intended to adapt 1/2-28 RH muzzles with 18 x 1 RH muzzle devices. Made from top quality US steel and finished in black oxide.

The production and inspection process is optimized to ensure best possible fit and concentricity between both threads and through hole. It offers two large flats for tight installation and preserves the full front shoulder for squaring and securing the muzzle device.

This is the only place I’ve found anywhere that even makes an adapter for a 1/2-28 muzzle to M18-1 brake. It is solidly built, very concentric, and the finish is beautiful.
