Just got the adapter and it is as pictured/advertised, however it quickly became apparent that without flats, torquing this to any kind of specification would be difficult, especially problematic given that this adapter in particular reverses thread direction, so unless you're permanently affixing the 14x1 device to it, you can't use flat on the device itself to torque it either. It gets the job done, but some simple flats for an AR wrench would be a vast design improvement.
