Annular cutter does not cut at exactly 0.57"

This tool can be used to reduce a barrel OD (outside diameter) within close proximity to the size needed for 9/16" threads. The barrel OD can start out no larger than .875 for this to work properly. Extreme caution must be observed and we recommend only experienced machinists perform this operation.

The cutter should be ran at slow RPMs (around 200), lubricated constantly, and a pilot used to keep it centered on the barrel properly.

Pilots and drill chuck shank adapters are needed and are available on this site.

After 2 orders to amazon and receiving there annular cutter for 9/16 and them both coming in and being closed end annular cutter's, Then having to return both,   I ordered the 25740  from cncwarrio.com, It cost more ,But it was of better quality and correct inner size, Worked great, Will recommend you get the complete set, Instead of buying the pilot and housing else where, YOU WON'T SAVE ANY MONEY, QUICK FREE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER, great service.
